WARRANTY POLICY AND SERVICE
·Equipment installation
Our company provides engineers for free on-site services. Based on the actual situation of the customer’s factory workshop and feedback, we conduct equipment on-site positioning, engineer team on-site machine installation, pipeline connection, and on-site equipment debugging. Simultaneously we provide technical training services to train customer’s operators, enabling them to fully master professional knowledge such as equipment performance, operating methods, precautions, maintenance, and upkeep.
· Regular maintenance
Our company provides customers with a free one-year warranty period. During the warranty period, our company will provide free inspection and maintenance services based on the customer’s usage and feedback.
· Emergency services
Our company has a professional team of after-sales engineers who provide 24-hour support to customers, ensuring timely and effective service. After confirming customer needs, our company will send professional personnel to the factory within 24 hours to solve problems for customers.
· Spare parts and consumables
During the warranty period, we are responsible for free replacement if any issues are not caused by your side. After the warranty period expires, our company is responsible for lifelong maintenance. If replacement parts are needed, only the cost of the parts will be charged.
