1. Main usage
Hydraulic lifting vacuum homogenizing mixer is a main product equipment of cosmetic and pharmacy product, with functions such as homogenizing quickly, heating and cooling, vacuum-pumping. The machine has many advantages such as homogenizing emulsifier perfectly(emulsification fineness reaches 1 μm), good sanitation condition, high thermal efficiency, reliable electric control, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, low labor intensity.

3. Process flow
p.s: There is no steam valve if the main pot is electric heating.
4. The composition and manipulation of hydraulic vacuum homogenizing emulsifier mixer
4.1. Appearance diagram of a regular electrical cabinet
4.2. Turn on the electrical cabinet
– Turn on the power switch before turn on the equipment, three-phase lamps are on.
4.3. The manipulation and adjustment of temperature of the control cabinet
– Set the corresponding temperature value on the corresponding temperature gauge (If set the temperature to 50℃, machine will stop automatically until heating to 50℃ after turning on the start heating button, the machine will start heating if you set a offset temperature value).
– Press stop button if you want to stop heating.
4.4. The manipulation and adjustment of the duration of homogenizing
– Set the homogenizing time on the homogenizing time controller (The machine will stop automatically according to your setting).
5.Main pot
5.1. The function of main pot
– When the materials in oil pot and water pot finished heating, these material go into the main pot and heating again, homogenizing, blending, vacuum-pumping, cooling, adding emulsifier and spice.
5.2. The function of the inlets on pot lid
– Spice inlet: entrance of spice and additive.
– Material observation hole: to observe the material in the pot.
– Observation light: to lighting inside of the pot.
– Vacuuming outlet: to vacuum materials in the pot.
– Vacuum pressure gauge: indicate the vacuum pressure inside the pot.
– Air respirator: Filtering the air before go into the pot to ensure hygiene when release vacuum.
5.3.The structure of main pot
The main pot is composed of three layers of structure: inner layer, inter layer, and insulation layer.
– Inner layer: to contain materials.
– Inter layer: heating and cooling.
– Insulation layer: polyurethane foam insulation material.
6. Vacuum system
6.1. The vacuum pump is a water circulation vacuum pump, the maximum vacuum degree is: ≤ 0.09Mpa.
6.2. Ensure the rotation direction of vacuum pump as same as the direction of the pointer when turn on the vacuum pump.
6.3. Observe the vacuum pressure gauge on the main pot during vacuum pumping, turn off the vacuum pump if reach the vacuum require you need.
6.4. Operation of vacuum pump
– Press the start vacuum pump button to turn on the vacuum pump.
– Press the stop vacuum pump button to turn off the vacuum pump.
